COMPANY PROFILE
Onur Teknik Co, Ltd. was founded in 1987 at European side of Istanbul. That was the time of whole Sales from supplier or second inter mediate companies to next traders. And the generation was changed that the time should be service time for customers, respectively an Office was opened at Asian side of Istanbul in order to be closer to the end users in 1995.
Today, we are representing (both as a sole representative and local distributor) more than 25 different brands from different product group. With the help of more than 20 years experiences, we became one of the biggest industrial tools trader and metal working industry solution in Turkey. Our main product ranges are “Most type of Cutting Tools, (End Mills, Indexable inserts, Milling, Turning and Drilling Equipments etc), Precision measuremanet equipments, Mould Components, tool and work holders, taps and dies, abbrassive and deburring tools, and so on. more than 100 different product groups”.
LOCATION
As you already know, most of the industrial places has been located around Istanbul region (including surrounding cities). 65% of metal working manufacturing factories have been located in this area. We are located in Pendik, Istanbul where is very close to wide and big industrial zones. Majority of our customers consist of END USER as well as small quantity of resellers.
In order to be much closer to the big prossional manufacturer and the need of development of Onur Teknik push us to open new big Office to GEBZE (KOCAELI) where you can say the heart of manufacturing industry of Turkey and where most of metal working industry plant located. The available territory has already been purchased and it is under contstruction at the present time. The target for finish and getting activity is about by the beginning of 2012.
STAFF
We are totally 12 people working in the company having 2 engineers, 3 technical persons, 3 experienced people (as Office sales chief with two assistants), 1 delivery assistants and management.
STRUCTURE
Onur Teknik is becoming increasingly popular as a way of accessing all type of metal working equipments in one place, with quality brand, with well-educated staffs and on time delivery facility. This means that the goods and service in the company will often make a addictive and longer relationship with the end users as well as good quality with reasonable price and elastic payment terms.
WORK POLICY
Onur Teknik has been founded based on giving service and benefit for the customers. We see all of our staff as Sales Person. We educated them all firstly customer satisfaction and Sales based thinking with the Sales and marketing cycle.
5 staffs are always outside for giving service to customers. 2 Engineers and 2 technical persons make their weekly customer visit Schedule from the previous Saturday and they apply the Schedule from Monday to Friday if no any extra ordinary situation happens. One personel is responsible for delivery. He leaves the Office for delivery of previous day night orders and then back earlier. After that depending on the delivery Schedule, he always moves in and out until the off time. Saturday is internal education or meeting day for the Onur Teknik Staff.
